Privacy Policy (English translation – for information only)
1. Data Controller
Personal data are collected and processed by FT Outdoors SARL – First Tracks Ski Coaching ESI, Centre Régus, 26 avenue Jean Kuntzmann, 38330 Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, France. Contact: info@first-tracks.fr. First Tracks acts as Data Controller for its clients, partners and website users.
2. Data Collected
First Tracks collects only the information necessary for service management and client relations:
- Identity (name, surname, participant age if applicable),
- Contact details (email, phone, postal address),
- Booking details (dates, type of lesson, level, resort),
- Payment data (handled securely by Stripe and System Pay – First Tracks does not store card numbers),
- Client and loyalty history (Tracks program),
- Data processed through Capsule CRM and Transpond mailing platform.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data are used to:
- manage bookings and services (legal basis: contract performance),
- communicate with clients before, during and after services (contract / legitimate interest),
- inform about offers, news or loyalty benefits (consent),
- comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting),
- improve service quality and customer experience (legitimate interest).
4. Data Processors and Recipients
Data may be shared only with the following GDPR-compliant processors:
- YoPlanning (booking management),
- Stripe and System Pay (secure payments),
- Capsule CRM (client relationship management),
- Transpond (newsletters and communications),
- Independent instructors involved in service delivery.
No data are sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
Data are retained for limited periods:
- Booking and invoicing data: 5 years after the end of the service,
- Marketing and loyalty data: until consent is withdrawn,
- Client relationship data: as long as necessary for service follow-up.
6. Photos and Videos
First Tracks may capture photos or videos during lessons or activities to illustrate its website, social media or promotional materials. Unless the client explicitly objects, First Tracks may use such images for these purposes. Anyone may object at any time by contacting info@first-tracks.fr. No image clearly identifying a person will be published without their consent.
7. Minors
When a booking concerns a minor, data are collected with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. No information relating to minors is used for marketing purposes without express authorisation.
8. Data Security
First Tracks implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
9. Rights of Data Subjects
Under GDPR, all individuals have the following rights:
- access, rectification, erasure, portability,
- objection and restriction of processing,
- withdrawal of consent at any time.
