Private Coaching - Ski, Snowboard, Freestyle, Freeride, Off Piste...

For groups of 1 to 5 people, private coaching is the ideal way to quickly progress alone or with friends or family. Your personal coach will help you improve your technique and build confidence whilst you enjoy the best snow and the quietest slopes.

Total price per session for 1 - 5 people. Supplement of 10€ per hour per extra person.

First Tracks specialises in private lessons / personal coaching for ski and snowboard. For just a couple of hours or the whole day (with some lunch of course!), you will progress quicker than you expected. Private lessons are an ideal solution for friends or families as you are sure to be together as long as your levels are similar.

We personalise our service to your needs, we can come and collect you from your hotel or chalet and take you home at the end of the day or drop you off at the restaurant at lunch time!

During the lessons with your coach you'll establish your decide what you would like to improve / work on. We choose the most appropriate slopes for you to improve on and will give you tips and exercises that will allow you to progress.

You'll find your confidence is boosted dramatically and you'll probably tire less than usual as good effective technique saves energy!

Some people think that full days will be too much for themselves, this is often not true. By taking you on the best slopes with the nicest snow the time will fly by. A nice lunch gives you much needed energy to replace the calories you burn whilst skiing. We know when the best food and value for money can be found! We'll also take you to the best kept secrets, some very special places that will remain engraved in your memory for the rest of your life!

We don't mind if you prefer to break a session up into several sessions which allow you precious one to one time with your coach. This can be very cost effective and great value for money.

Walks for full days or half days in the Courchevel valley and the Vanoise National Park or further, on foot in summer, with snowshoes in winter, in very small groups.

First Tracks Ski Coaching covers the 3 Valleys Ski Area (Courchevel - Méribel - La Tania - Brides-les-Bains), as well as the resort of Megeve. We also offer full-day coaching, guiding and lessons if you are staying in St Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires or Val Thorens.

The 3 Valleys ski area has more than 600 kms of groomed pistes and caters for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. One of the top ski regions anywhere in the world, the 3 Valleys has hosted many world class ski events, including the Winter Olympics of 1992.

Great skiing is far from the only thing this area has to offer with a luge (toboggan) course, cross country, snow shoe, and walking/hiking trails. The 3 Valleys resorts also boast fantastic shopping, wonderful hotels, delightful restaurants and booming night life, all in the heart of the French Alps.

We've been twice to Courchevel and everything was perfect!
The chalets were very confortable with a very good service and the chefs were excellent. As for the skiing, First Tracks, the instructors were a blast! Our whole family improved their skiing and fully enjoyed the slopes of Courchevel.
